Our Pots
Discover our collection of premium terracotta pots, available in a range of sizes, from bookshelf-friendly to majestic outdoor planters. Crafted with high-quality materials, our raw terracotta pots are breathable, durable, and naturally insulating, promoting healthy plant growth. We also offer a variety of glazed pots, double-dipped to achieve rich, vibrant colours.
Saucers & Silicone Protection
All our signature raw saucers included in our pot sets are treated with a silicone layer, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. This silicone coating prevents water seepage and protects surfaces from stains. For tips on planting in terracotta pots, check out our Planting Guide.
We recommend placing small pot feet under the saucers of our larger pots to prevent condensation marks on wooden floors.
Preparing Your Pots for Winter
Our raw terracotta pots are naturally frost strong due to the high quality of our unglazed clay. If properly taken care of, they can withstand many winters outside in the cold.
Pot Feet & Winter Care
Pot feet are essential for maintaining proper drainage in any outdoor pot, allowing excess water to escape easily through the drainage hole. By slightly elevating the pot, they also help prevent moisture buildup, which is crucial for protecting plant roots and minimising insect activity around the base. Our pot feet are crafted to pair beautifully with all our large outdoor collections, adding both function and a touch of elegance. For pots left outdoors in winter, pot feet provide vital airflow beneath the base, helping them endure the colder months. Freight & Shipping
Please note that orders require full box quantities, as we are unable to split case packs. All shipments are currently sent on pallets to ensure safe delivery. Our pots are sold as pot-and-saucer sets, except the Hoff Collection, where you can mix and match. For details on minimum order quantities and freight prices, please contact your local sales representative.
Shipping Time Estimates
US Orders ship approximately 5-7 days after order confirmation.
EU Orders ship approximately 5-7 days after order confirmation.
UK Orders ship Thursday every week.
CA Orders ship approximately 5-7 days after order confirmation. Delivery time is 4-6 weeks.
Breakage & Quality Concerns
While we take great care with packaging, it’s possible that a pot or saucer may chip or break in transit. Should you notice any damage to the boxes or product upon delivery, please make a note of these details on the Bill of Lading (BOL). If breakage occurs, kindly email Bergs Potter Sales Support at support@bergspotter.com with photos and a list of the affected items. If the claim is valid, we’ll provide a credit for the broken pieces. If any item doesn’t meet our quality standards, please reach out to us at the same email.
Return Policy
All sales are final. If you change your mind about an item after it’s shipped, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming.
