Freight & Shipping
Orders must be placed in full case pack quantities, as we are unable to split case packs. All shipments are currently sent on pallets to help ensure safe delivery. Our pots are sold as pot-and-saucer sets, with the exception of the Hoff Collection, where pots and saucers can be mixed and matched. For information about minimum order quantities and freight costs, please contact your local sales representative.
Estimated Shipping Times
- US: Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 days of order confirmation.
- EU: Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 days of order confirmation.
- UK: Orders are shipped every Thursday.
- Canada: Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 days of order confirmation. Please allow an estimated 4–6 weeks for delivery.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Breakage & Quality Concerns
We take great care to pack our products securely, but occasionally a pot or saucer may be damaged in transit. If you notice visible damage to the shipment upon delivery, please make a note of it on the Bill of Lading (BOL). To report breakage, please contact support@bergspotter.com and include:
- Your order details
- A list of the affected items
- Clear photos showing the damage
If the claim is approved, we will issue a credit for the affected items. If you have concerns about the quality of a product, please contact our Support team at the same email address and include photos of the item in question.

Returns
All sales are final. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind about an item. We therefore recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming it.
