Steffen Berg found inspiration for his Copenhagen Pot design in historic pottery originally made for the Royal Fredensborg Palace of Denmark in 1860. Today, our potters craft our version of the pot in a small village near Lucca in Tuscany.

Just like Berg’s raw originals, the sturdy glazes and timeless colours signal that pots Glazed by Bergs are made to last for generations to come. Glazed
pots are not suitable for frosty periods outside, though. Our vibrant, hand-glazed series is a great way to bring even more colours into every home decor and tailormade for indoor use.

We glaze the old-fashioned way: Individually, by hand, saturated with intense colour, accentuating the nuances between our different types of pots. The series are currently available in yellow, green, petrol, pearl grey quartz rose, and white – and more colours are continuously being added.
